Daily workout:

Every morning abdominal workouts, 4 to 5 times a week a muay thai workout.

Running or/and swimming several times a week    

 

Strong points in the ring:

He is always in very strong condition, has great stamina and endurance. He has a great many fighting skills, a good defense and a solid attack.

 

Strong points outside the ring:

Strong social skills. Also has great endurance and stamina outside of the ring. He truly believes that if you have enough fate in yourself that every goal can be achieved.  This applies to everyone.

 

Weak points in the ring:

He has had the tendency in the past to prepare himself differently for each fight which resulted in a different kind of fighter each fight. Sometimes a boxer and another time a kicker or clincher. This has worked in his favor many times but also worked against him sometimes. An opponent would just have to wait and see which Jerry he would get in front of him this time. The boxer or the clincher.

 

Weak points outside the ring

According to some to cool, to sober and to nice.

 

Highlights in the sport:

-Becoming World champion in Aruba. (1995)

-After many years of dreaming opening my own sports centre.   

 

Highlights outside the ring:

The birth of his son Jay Jay Morris 22-12-1999.  

 

The future:

Jerry hopes to get a shot at another muay-thai World title and the World open title in the Shidokan
